Ongoing discussion for reiki practitioners and others interested in healing, metaphysics, meditation, and bonding with a special group of people! This is a great group, we talk about everything! Bring a pillow and blanket to lounge out if you like. Snacks are welcome. This is a very relaxed group! Come early to get dibs on the papasan chairs! Reiki Level I
Saturday, June 22, 2013. 9:00 am-4:30 pm
Reiki is a gentle healing art that anyone can learn! The Level I class is a one day comprehensive: we will be discussing the tradition of reiki, including history, techniques, and philosophy as well as energetic healing in general. You will learn the chakra system, which are the energy centers in your body and you will receive the reiki attunements which will enable you to “do” reiki. The class consists of lecture, discussion, and video. During the class, you will give and receive a full reiki treatment. At the end of the day, you will have all the tools you need, plus the knowledge and certification to be a Reiki First Degree practitioner, The class costs $125 and includes the class, a manual, a comprehensive reiki book, certificate, and ongoing support from your reiki master/teacher.

Reiki Level II
Saturday June 15, 2013 9:00 am-4:30pm
An in depth continuation of the study of the art, science, and philosophy of reiki. In this class, you will receive the Reiki Level II attunement which will enable you to use the three private reiki symbols to enhance your practice and enable you to send reiki at a distance. The curriculum includes an in depth exploration of emotional healing and how it relates to physical health. The cost of the class is $150 and includes certification, a manual and ongoing support from your reiki master/teacher.

Crystal Healing
Coming in Septermber
Cost: $55, includes a set of 10 beautiful chakra stones.
In this introductory class, we explore the healing properties of 13 crystals, how to use them in your home, for meditation, and specific healing layouts or nets for healing. Includes a review of the chakras and how to give or receive reiki with stones. This is a hands on class with plenty of exercises in crystal placement for healing. Includes a set of beautifully selected chakra stones. Experience with reiki is not required. This class is for everyone!

Advanced Training in Reiki
I was trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Tradition as passed down from Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, and Hawayo Takata. I have also received additional training from Reiki Masters who have been practicing Reiki for 20 years or more. I have found that there are some Reiki techniques that aren't always taught in a 21st century Reiki class. With that in mind, I will be putting together a course of study that fills in the gaps of training and adds more depth to your Reiki Practice. This training would be appropriate to any student of Reiki who wishes to expand his or her knowledge of the subject, whether attunded to Reiki I, II, or III. Over the past few years, people are busier and busier. If you have a problem making it to one of the scheduled classes, I can arrange a time to give reiki training on a one to one basis at the studio or for a small group of people. Please let me know what your scheduling limitations are and we can set up a time. I can also come to you, if you are within a reasonable driving distance, and teach in your home or business. Please call for details.
Reiki III-Master Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher Level
If you are a serious student of reiki and have considered taking the next step to become a Reiki Master, please call me! I am currently offering Reiki III on a 6 month Reiki Master Apprentice program.In the past, I've taught master classes on a 4-6 week schedule but I find that a student who is going to be teaching others needs more instruction and practice. I would like to give my students the opportunity to learn as I did, over time and with a lot of experiences. I want the students I train to know how to teach other people this healing practice and I firmly believe that you can't learn it all in a weekend or even in a month. With that in mind, I am open to having the discussion with you to see if this is a step you truly want and to see if I am the right teacher for you. It's OK if you have taken your other reiki classes from another teacher. During the apprenticeship, you'll learn the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition and get the Level I and II attunements for this tradition if you've been attuned by someone else to those levels.
